RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the day the customer receives the product. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original outer packaging box, main device along with all accessories. In absence of these, we’ll be unable to process the refund.
• Shipping charges (50/-) applied to your order will be deducted as a refund processing charges from the refunded amount. In case no shipping charges were applied to your order, we will process the full refund.
• Refund will be processed through NEFT in 8-10 working days after receiving the product by our QA team.
• To complete your return, we require the invoice or proof of purchase, Order ID/Reference ID.
• Please do not send your product back to the courier company.
• Any purchase made apart from One Roar official website are not entitled for any refunds.
• For purchases made via discount/offer code – Only the payment made on One Roar website is eligible for refund, please contact the respective discount/offer partner for the refund related to the amount paid to purchase the discount/offer (if any).
• In the case of order cancellation for the purchase made via discount/offer code, the original code will become invalid and cannot be refunded back in its original form. One Roar is not entitled to re-issue a new discount/offer code to the customer once the original code is redeemed.
Products won in giveaway/award/referral programs are not covered under above stated warranty by One Roar.
