Warranty

One Roar offers a limited warranty of 1 year against damages on all its products and soft goods which may be qualified for an exchange, refund or coupon code within 30 days of the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original end-user buyer or to the person receiving the product as a gift and is not extended to any other individual or transferee.The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the first end customer of completely new, unused products. Please hold/retain your sales receipt (or your warranty certificate) as proof of purchase. You will be bound to pay for any damages if you do not present the proof of purchase that is validated by One Roar. Proof of purchase must state the date of purchase and name of the product.If a Product was purchased from the One Roar website or a One Roar authorized/licensed seller and, at the time of purchase, contained a manufacturing defect or had been damaged by improper care prior to the time of purchase, then One Roar in its sole discretion, will (i) Replace (ii) Repair. One Roar holds the right to review any Product subject to a warranty claim to evaluate, at its sole discretion, if the claimed flaw is a flaw covered by the warranty. Note that One Roar updates the products’ models, colour patterns and styles on a consistent basis and cannot promise the availability of an exact substitute for any product. One Roar shall not be responsible for any personal, incidental or indirect damages under this limited warranty.

Please be aware that since One Roar is unable to track or regulate the standard of its goods sold by unauthorised sellers, One Roar’s warranty is not applicable for products bought from unauthorized sellers. One Roar ‘s warranty applies only to the products purchased from authorised sellers that are subjected to One Roar’s quality standards and have committed to comply with its quality controls.

Following cases are not covered by the above warranty:

  • 1. We are not accountable for the products lost in transit. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you get a tracking number or confirmation of delivery when your package is shipped.
  • 2. Warranty does not cover any damage resulting from:
  • • External causes/Accident/neglect
  • • Faults due to force majeure
  • • Force destruction
  • • Unauthorized Customization/modification/repair of product
  • • Normal wear and tear
  • • Acts of nature/god
  • 3. Minor faults or deviations in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or fitness for its intended purpose
  • 4. Any accessories supplied with the product
  • 5. Warranty service will not be extended on refurbished products.

All warranty claims must be processed through the One Roar website. Your warranty claim is under the sole discretion of One Roar and failure to follow the required procedures may cause your warranty claim to become invalid. A warranty claim must be submitted for each Product that is being sent in. Please allow 4 business days for your warranty claim to be processed from the time we receive your product.
